Terms of Service

1. About We Want Content

We Want Content ("We Want Content," "we," "us," or "our") is a content subscription service that provides AI-assisted, human-edited blog content including keyword research, content strategy, written articles, on-page SEO, and related services.

We Want Content is operated by Buzz Interactive LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and all services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). References to "We Want Content" throughout these Terms refer to Buzz Interactive LLC operating under the We Want Content brand.

For the avoidance of doubt, We Want Content and We Want Design are separate services. Payments, subscriptions, and agreements for We Want Content are governed solely by these Terms and are independent of any existing relationship with We Want Design.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, subscribing to a plan, completing an onboarding form, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

3. Services Provided

We Want Content provides blog content services on a monthly subscription basis. Depending on your chosen plan, Services include:

  • Keyword research per article
  • Topic cluster mapping and content calendar
  • AI-drafted article creation
  • Human editorial review (approximately 45 to 90 minutes per article)
  • On-page SEO optimisation including meta title, meta description, internal linking, ALT tag guidance, schema markup, and author tagging
  • AI visibility optimisation
  • Pre-publish checklist verification
  • Unlimited revisions (subject to Section 16)
  • CMS publishing support (where included in the plan or purchased as an add-on)
  • Keyword rank tracking (where included as an early bird benefit or purchased as an add-on)

We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features of the Services with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers. Material reductions in service delivery will entitle subscribers to cancel without penalty during the notice period.

4. The $1 First Article Offer

Important billing disclosure: The $1 first article offer is a one-time purchase. It is not a free trial and does not automatically convert into a subscription. Your payment method will be charged $1.00 once. No further charges will occur from this offer unless you separately and actively choose to subscribe to a paid plan by clicking a distinct payment link.

We offer a one-time introductory offer: one fully written, keyword-researched, human-edited, SEO-optimised blog article for a charge of $1.00 USD.

What you receive

  • One blog article written to our full editorial standard
  • Keyword research and on-page SEO optimisation for that article
  • Delivery within 3 to 5 business days of completing your onboarding form
  • Revisions on that article subject to the terms of Section 16

What it is not

  • It is not a subscription or recurring service
  • It does not auto-renew, auto-upgrade, or auto-charge
  • It does not create any ongoing billing obligation
  • It does not include keyword rank tracking or CMS publishing unless you separately subscribe to a paid plan

No refunds on the $1 offer

The $1 charge is non-refundable in all circumstances once work on your article has commenced. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that article production begins promptly and that the $1 charge is a fee for services rendered, not a deposit. If you wish to dispute the commencement of work, you must contact us at hi@wewantcontent.co within 2 hours of payment. We reserve the right to determine whether work has commenced.

After delivery

Following delivery of your $1 article, we may contact you with information about our subscription plans. This follow-up communication is informational only. Any subscription requires your separate, affirmative action — you must click a distinct payment link and complete a new checkout process. No subscription is created automatically.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Recurring billing disclosure: Subscription plans bill automatically on a monthly basis and renew on your billing date each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise Buzz Interactive LLC, operating as We Want Content, to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the price confirmed at checkout.

Plans and pricing

We currently offer four monthly subscription plans. Article quantities and pricing for each plan are as shown on our pricing page at the time of your subscription. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

Billing cycle

  • Your subscription begins on the date your first payment is successfully processed
  • You are billed in advance for each monthly period
  • Your billing date renews on the same calendar day each month
  • If your billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month, billing occurs on the last available day of that month
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period

Payment processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We Want Content does not store your full payment card details on our own systems. By providing your payment information, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Stripe may appear as the payment descriptor on your bank or card statement alongside our business name.

Failed payments will result in a notification by email. We will attempt to retry the failed charge. If payment is not resolved within 7 days of the first failed attempt, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription. Suspended accounts are not entitled to a refund of any amounts already paid.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days written notice by email before any price increase takes effect for your plan. You may cancel before the change takes effect without penalty. Continued use of the Services after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

Early bird pricing commitments are governed separately in Section 6.

Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, or levies imposed in your jurisdiction in connection with your purchase, except where we are legally required to collect and remit them on your behalf.

6. Early Bird Pricing

Clients who subscribe before we reach our stated early bird client threshold are designated "Early Bird Clients." Early Bird Clients receive the following benefits:

  • A permanently locked monthly subscription rate at the price shown at the time of their subscription ("Early Bird Rate")
  • Keyword rank tracking included at no additional charge
  • CMS publishing support included at no additional charge
  • A one-time strategy onboarding call included at no additional charge

Lock-in terms

The Early Bird Rate and included add-ons remain in place for as long as the Early Bird Client maintains a continuous active subscription. These benefits are personal to the subscribing account and are non-transferable.

Loss of early bird status

Early Bird status and all associated benefits are permanently forfeited if:

  • The subscriber cancels their subscription for any reason, even if they later re-subscribe
  • The subscription lapses due to failed payment that is not resolved within 7 days of our first written notice
  • The account is terminated by us for breach of these Terms

Clients who lose and later re-subscribe will be charged at the then-current standard pricing and will not be entitled to early bird add-ons at no charge.

Plan upgrades under early bird pricing

Early Bird Clients who upgrade to a higher plan while early bird pricing is still available will be charged the Early Bird Rate of the higher plan. If the early bird period has closed, upgrades will be charged at the current standard rate for that plan.

7. Cancellation Policy

How to cancel: You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal, accessible from your account, or by emailing hi@wewantcontent.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

What cancellation means

  • You will not be charged for any billing period after cancellation takes effect
  • Access to the Services continues until the end of your current paid period
  • Articles already in progress at the time of cancellation will be completed and delivered
  • Articles not yet started at the time of cancellation will not be written after the billing period ends
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused articles or unused days in a billing period
  • Any discounts or early bird pricing benefits are permanently forfeited upon cancellation

No cancellation fees or contracts

There are no minimum contract terms and no early termination fees. You may cancel at any time.

Downgrading

Downgrades to a lower plan take effect at the start of your next billing period. No refund or credit is issued for the difference in price during the current period.

8. Refund Policy

Subscription fees — no refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable, consistent with the industry standard for subscription-based services. This policy mirrors the approach of comparable subscription services. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Unused articles within a billing period
  • Partial months following cancellation
  • Plan downgrades during an active billing period
  • Dissatisfaction with results where our revision process has been offered and the client has declined to engage with it

Exceptions — duplicate billing errors only

We will issue a prompt refund only in the case of a verified duplicate charge caused by a technical billing error. To report a billing error, contact hi@wewantcontent.co within 14 days of the charge.

$1 first article

The $1 charge is non-refundable in all circumstances once work has commenced, as stated in Section 4.

Service credit at our discretion

In cases where we fail to deliver articles within the agreed timeline due to reasons within our control, we may at our sole discretion issue a service credit toward a future billing period. This is not a cash refund and is subject to our reasonable assessment of the situation.

Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution and to provide our payment processor and Stripe with documentation of services rendered. We will always work in good faith to resolve disputes directly before they escalate.

9. Add-Ons and Power-Ups

Additional services ("Add-Ons") may be purchased alongside any subscription plan. Add-Ons are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same cycle as your subscription, unless cancelled separately. The cancellation terms in Section 7 apply to Add-Ons.

Current Add-Ons include: Blog Design Package, Revenue Attribution, Content Repurposing (Social), Content Repurposing (Video), and Programmatic Campaigns. Programmatic Campaigns are priced per campaign and charged as one-time fees, not monthly recurring charges.

We reserve the right to change Add-On pricing or availability with 30 days written notice for active subscribers.

10. Affiliate Program

We operate an affiliate program that allows approved participants to earn commissions for referring new paying subscribers to We Want Content.

Commission structure

  • Approved affiliates earn 10% of the monthly net subscription fee paid by each referred client
  • Commissions are recurring and continue for the lifetime of the referred client's active subscription
  • Commission is calculated on the net amount received by We Want Content, excluding taxes, Stripe transaction fees, and any promotional discounts applied to the referred client's account

Referred buyer discount

Clients referred by an approved affiliate may receive a 50% discount on their first month's subscription via a unique coupon code issued through our affiliate tracking platform. This discount applies to the first billing period only and does not affect the affiliate's recurring commission on subsequent months.

Tracking and management

Affiliate tracking, referral attribution, and commission reporting are managed through our affiliate tracking platform. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their unique referral links are used correctly. We cannot credit referrals that are not tracked through the designated system due to technical error on the affiliate's part.

Commission payments

  • Commissions are paid approximately 30 days after the close of each calendar month, once referred subscriptions have confirmed payment and the chargeback window has passed
  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD. Balances below this threshold roll over to the following month
  • Payment method will be confirmed within your affiliate account

Affiliate conduct

  • Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims about We Want Content's services
  • Affiliates may not bid on We Want Content branded search terms in paid advertising without our prior written permission
  • Affiliates may not use spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive promotional methods
  • Self-referrals (affiliates referring themselves or businesses they own or control) are not permitted and will result in forfeiture of all associated commissions
  • Fraud, artificial inflation of clicks or conversions, and manipulation of tracking systems will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all outstanding commissions

Program termination

We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation at any time for breach of these terms. Commissions legitimately earned before termination will be paid in the normal cycle. Commissions associated with fraudulent activity are forfeited in full.

11. White-Label Services

White-label delivery — content without We Want Content branding — is available on all subscription plans. You may present the content we produce under your own brand, agency name, or client's brand without restriction.

Your responsibilities as a white-label user

  • You are solely responsible for all representations made to your end clients about the content we produce on your behalf
  • You assume full responsibility for ensuring delivered content meets your end client's requirements
  • We Want Content's involvement in content production is confidential unless you choose to disclose it
  • You are responsible for any revision requests from your end clients that exceed the scope of our revision policy in Section 16
  • You may not represent to your end clients that the content was produced entirely by you if doing so would be materially deceptive in a way that exposes We Want Content to legal liability

Confidentiality

We will not disclose to any third party that you are using We Want Content to produce content on your or your clients' behalf, unless required to do so by law or by a valid legal order.

Agency and reseller arrangements

Clients wishing to enter into a formal reseller or agency partnership agreement may contact us at hi@wewantcontent.co. Where a separate written reseller agreement exists, it will govern matters specifically addressed within it. These Terms govern all other matters.

12. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

Content we deliver to you

Upon full payment of the applicable fees for a billing period, full ownership of the articles we deliver during that period transfers to you. We retain no ownership interest in delivered articles. You may publish, modify, translate, distribute, and use delivered articles however you choose.

Your input materials

You retain ownership of all materials, brand guidelines, data, and information you provide to us. You grant us a limited licence to use your materials solely for the purpose of producing your content. You warrant that materials you provide do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and you indemnify us against any claims arising from your materials.

Our proprietary materials

Our website, editorial processes, checklists, templates, systems, keyword research methodologies, and all content we produce for our own marketing (including our blog, case studies, and social content) remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our proprietary materials without our written permission.

AI-generated content acknowledgement

Our content is produced using a combination of AI drafting tools and human editorial review. You acknowledge and accept this production method. You accept full responsibility for compliance with any applicable laws or platform policies regarding AI-generated content in your jurisdiction or industry. We do not warrant that AI-assisted content will be entirely free from similarity to other AI-generated content.

13. Marketing, Case Studies, and Testimonials

How we may feature your results: We may request your approval to use information about your experience with We Want Content for our marketing. We will always ask first and never publish without your explicit consent.

We reserve the right to request, and you may choose to grant, permission for us to use the following in our marketing materials, website, social media, paid advertising, case studies, and promotional content:

  • Your company name and logo
  • Measurable results achieved through our services (for example, keyword rankings, traffic growth, or leads generated)
  • Samples or excerpts of content we produced for you, with your consent
  • Written testimonials you provide voluntarily or in response to our request
  • Video testimonials you agree to record and provide
  • Case study information describing your business, your goals, and the outcomes we delivered

Consent required

We will request your written approval before using any of the above. Approval may be given by email and may specify which materials are approved and which are not. You may grant partial approval — for example, allowing us to reference traffic results without naming your company — and we will respect those boundaries.

Revocation

You may revoke approval for future use of your materials at any time by contacting us at hi@wewantcontent.co. Revocation applies to future use only and does not require us to remove materials already published, except where legally required.

Testimonial authenticity

We do not offer compensation in exchange for positive testimonials. Any testimonials we publish reflect the genuine experience of the client at the time they were given. We may edit testimonials for length or clarity but will not alter the meaning.

14. Your Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information in your onboarding form and any subsequent briefing materials
  • Respond to topic approvals, revision requests, and communications from us within a reasonable timeframe — we consider 5 business days reasonable, and delays on your part may affect delivery timelines
  • Use content we deliver in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Not publish content we produce in a way that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes a third party's rights
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately at hi@wewantcontent.co if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
  • Not resell, sublicense, or distribute individual articles produced under a non-white-label plan to third parties for their commercial use

15. CMS Access and Publishing

Where CMS publishing is included in your plan or purchased as an add-on, the following terms apply:

  • You will provide us with Editor-level (or equivalent limited) access to your CMS — sufficient to create, format, and publish posts. You must not provide Administrator-level access unless specifically requested by us in writing for a defined purpose.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the credentials you provide are current and accurate
  • You must notify us promptly if access credentials change or should be revoked
  • You are responsible for reviewing published content after it goes live

We will access your CMS solely for the purpose of publishing content we produce for you. We will not access, modify, or delete any content, settings, plugins, or data outside the scope of publishing your articles. We take reasonable care in our publishing process but accept no liability for CMS errors, plugin conflicts, or pre-existing technical issues on your website.

16. Revisions Policy

We include unlimited revisions on all articles we produce, subject to the following:

  • A revision is a modification to an existing article — changes to tone, structure, length, specific claims, factual corrections, or style
  • A revision is not a new article. If you wish to change the topic, target keyword, or core premise of an article to something substantially different from the original brief, this constitutes a new article request, not a revision
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of article delivery. After 30 days, the article is considered accepted
  • We aim to deliver revisions within 3 business days of receiving a clear and specific revision request
  • Vague revision requests (for example, "make it better" without specific direction) may require a clarifying conversation before we proceed

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Buzz Interactive LLC (operating as We Want Content) expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted service.

We do not warrant that:

  • Content we produce will achieve any specific search engine ranking position
  • Content we produce will generate any specific level of traffic, leads, or revenue
  • Search engines will index or rank your content within any specified timeframe
  • Our keyword research will remain accurate as search engine algorithms and search volumes change over time
  • Our Services will be available without interruption or error at all times

SEO results depend on factors outside our control including search engine algorithm changes, your website's technical health, domain authority, competitive landscape, content publication frequency, and your industry. Our strategy represents informed professional judgment, not a guarantee of outcomes.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Buzz Interactive LLC (operating as We Want Content) to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to We Want Content in the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or cost of substitute services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Certain jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Buzz Interactive LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and legal fees arising from:

  • Your use of our Services in breach of these Terms
  • Content you publish that we produced based on inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful instructions you provided
  • Your violation of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other legal right
  • Any claim by your end clients in a white-label scenario arising from your representations to them about the content we produced
  • Your infringement of any applicable law or regulation in your use of the Services

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal resolution first

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at hi@wewantcontent.co and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved this way and we are committed to acting in good faith.

Binding arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in the State of Wyoming, United States. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

International users

We Want Content is operated from within the United States. We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date without penalty under our standard cancellation policy.

For non-material changes such as corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes, we may update the Terms without prior notice. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when these Terms were last updated.
